Cancellation policy

Items in our store are offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or will be available at a later date and is not yet in our inventory. Full payment is required at checkout for all pre-orders.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellations are no longer available; however, you may request a refund in line with our Returns Policy. Please refer to our returns policy for further details on refunds and exchanges.
